What does IZI Support do?
We are the Mongolian partner of international technology makers and a value-added distributor. We map requirements to a solution, supply products and licences through the maker's official channel, run training, and provide technical support.
About usDo you work with a single brand?
No. We start from the need, not from a brand: for each technology area we choose the brand that fits. The portfolio grows step by step with new areas and new brands.
Products and licensing
Which brands do you represent today?
Nx Witness (video management), Vaidio and VCA (AI video analytics) and Veracity (video infrastructure). Each brand has its own page with the solutions it covers.

Products and licences are supplied through the maker's official channel.
Does AI analytics work with the cameras we already have?
Yes. Vaidio and VCA analytics run either on the camera or on a server, and work with new and existing IP cameras alike. Which option fits depends on the camera models, their number and what you need to detect — we work that out with you.

Support and training
Do you provide training?
Yes. We train partner organisations and end users on configuring and using the products. Scheduled webinars and events are listed on their own page.
Webinars and eventsIn which language is support provided?
We advise in Mongolian on configuration, troubleshooting and updates. The makers' own documentation and interfaces are in English.

How do we become a partner?
